1 HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 83

2 WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its Report
3 on Waiver of School Code Mandates, dated March 1, 2014, with
4 the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the Secretary of
5 State of Illinois as required by Section 2-3.25g of the School
6 Code; therefore, be it

7 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
8 NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE
9 SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that all of the requests in the
10 Report on Waiver of School Code Mandates are approved.
