HOUSE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3Representatives wish to congratulate the Hinsdale Central High
4School Girls' Tennis Team on winning the 2014 Illinois High
5School Association (IHSA) State Championship; and
 
6    WHEREAS, This is the 2nd consecutive IHSA State
7Championship for the Hinsdale Central High School Girls' Tennis
8Team; and
 
9    WHEREAS, The 2014 championship is the 15th State title for
10the Hinsdale Central High School girls' tennis program; and
 
11    WHEREAS, The 2014 team achieved a team total of 49 points -
12one point shy of the 50-point record held by the 2006 Hinsdale
13Central High School girls' championship squad; and
 
14    WHEREAS, Highlights of the 2014 championship season
15included a perfect 8 and 0 record in dual meets, capturing the
16West Suburban Conference Silver title for the 21st consecutive
17year, and winning the Mustang Invitational, the Red Devil
18Invitational, and the Lake Forest Invitational; and
 
19    WHEREAS, The members Hinsdale Central High School Girls'
20Tennis Team are Bella Lorenzini, Sophia Haleas, Rugile

1Valiunaite, Sandra Keta, Erika Oku, and Stephanie Dolehide;
2their head coach is Robin Kramer and their assistant coaches
3are Shauna Zsinko and Scott Radecki; therefore, be it
 
4    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
5NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
6we congratulate the Hinsdale Central High School Girls' Tennis
7Team on winning the 2014 Illinois High School Association State
8Championship and wish them many more successful years; and be
9it further
 
10    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
11presented to the Hinsdale Central High School Girls' Tennis
12Team as an expression of our esteem and respect.
