HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives wish to congratulate the Queen of All Saints School's Junior Varsity Football Team on winning the 2014 Northwest Catholic Conference Championship; and

WHEREAS, The Saints captured the title by defeating St. Juliana School, with a score of 31 to 12, in the championship game at Notre Dame College Prep High School; and

WHEREAS, The Saints finished with an overall season record of 5 wins and 3 losses; and

WHEREAS, Players from grades 4 through 6 participated on the team, with starters coming from all 3 grades; and

WHEREAS, The members of the Saints are Lael Root, Nikolas Beltz, Jack Kirchner, Evan Halkitis, Sammy Matthews, Patrick Colgan, Patrick Proesel, Jake Schmucker, Quentin Huening, Joseph Delia, Nicholas Vlasic, Tony Gatti, Joey Schiavone, Peter Lauer, Paul Hayes, Riley Reotutar, Charles Tierney, Nicholas Lovcik, Matthew Gavric, Joseph Savaiano, Colin Randazzo, Jack O'Donnell, Daniel Herbert, Liam McCarthy, Patrick Kuhn, Colin Ryan, Jack Brady, Emmett Jeske, Billy Litsos, Thomas Reardon, Jack Carroll, Mark Mulhern, Carson Berg, Patrick San Roman, and Liam Ryan; and

WHEREAS, The Saints are coached by Larry Schultz, Tim Lynch, Jeff Fraterrigo, Tom Reardon, Tim Canning, Bob Tierney, Tom Mulhern, and Tony Randazzo; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate the Queen of All Saints School's Junior Varsity Football Team on winning the 2014 Northwest Catholic Conference Championship and we wish them many more year of success; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the Queen of All Saints School's Junior Varsity Football Team as an expression of our esteem and respect.
