Amends the Unemployment Insurance Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning service that is localized within a State.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning employment.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Unemployment Insurance Act is amended by changing Section 208 as follows:

(820 ILCS 405/208) (from Ch. 48, par. 318)

Sec. 208. Service shall be deemed to be localized within a State if-

A. The The service is performed entirely within such State; or

B. The service is performed both within and without such State, but the service performed without such State is incidental to the individual's service within the State.
