45 ILCS 17/5-1

Amends the Interstate Compact on Adoption Act. Makes a technical change to a Section regarding the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning interstate compacts.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Interstate Compact on Adoption Act is amended by changing Section 5-1 as follows:

(45 ILCS 17/5-1)

Sec. 5-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the Interstate Compact on Adoption Act, and references in this Article to "this Act" mean this Article.
