Amends the Interstate Rail Passenger Network Compact Act. Makes a technical change to a Section regarding the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning interstate compacts.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Interstate Rail Passenger Network Compact Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Interstate Rail Passenger Network Compact Act.
