    Amends the Illinois Commercial Feed Act of 1961. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning enforcement.

1     AN ACT concerning agriculture.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Commercial Feed Act of 1961 is
5 amended by changing Section 2 as follows:

6     (505 ILCS 30/2)  (from Ch. 56 1/2, par. 66.2)
7     Sec. 2. Enforcing authority. This Act shall be administered
8 by the~~the~~Director of the Department of Agriculture or his
9 duly authorized representative, hereinafter referred to as the
10 "Director".
