1 SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 25

2     WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its Report
3 on Waiver of School Code Mandates, dated March 1, 2013, with
4 the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the Secretary of
5 State of Illinois as required by Section 2-3.25g of the School
6 Code; therefore, be it

7     RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL
8 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
9 CONCURRING HEREIN, that each of the school district waiver
10 requests identified below by school district name and by the
11 identifying number and subject area of the waiver request as
12 summarized in the report filed by the State Board of Education
13 is disapproved:
14         (1) Meridian CUSD 101 - Pulaski, WM100-5763-1, length
15     of school term;
16         (2) Dimmick CCSD 175 - LaSalle, WM100-5740-2,
17     evaluation training and pre-qualification;
18         (3) Dimmick CCSD 175 - LaSalle, WM100-5740-3,
19     evaluation plan for principals;
20         (4) Meridian CUSD 101 - Pulaski, WM100-5763-2,
21     compilation of average daily attendance;
22         (5) Bluford CCSD 114 - Jefferson, WM100-5755,
23     petitions;
24         (6) Webber Township HSD 204 - Jefferson, WM100-5756,

1     petitions; and
2         (7) Dimmick CCSD 175 - LaSalle, WM100-5740-1, school
3     board members - leadership training.
