SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of David G. Penn of Bloomington, who passed away on October 7, 2014; and

WHEREAS, David Penn is survived by 2 children, Jeff (Cara) Penn and Lacy (Zack) Fidler; 2 grandchildren; his parents, Paul and June Penn; and 3 siblings, Don (Norma) Penn, John (Mary) Penn, and Linda (Mark) Drane; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his family and friends, mourn the passing of David G. Penn; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of David Penn as an expression of our sympathy.
