SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Austin J. Boyle; and

WHEREAS, Austin Boyle graduated from the University of Illinois as a Civil Engineer; and

WHEREAS, Austin Boyle was Midwest Manager for Ceco Steel Corporation; he served 16 years as a Westchester Village Trustee and 5 years as head of the Police and Fire Commission; and

WHEREAS, Austin Boyle was the husband of Virginia (nee Conahan) for 62 years; father of Kathleen (Peter, O.D.) Lucia, Austin J. III MD. (Martha), Mary (the late Robert) Smith, Mark P. (Lori), and John F. (Mary, M.D.); grandfather of Christopher, Andrew, and Anthony Lucia, Katie (Ben Dyer) Boyle, William (Tina) Rogus, Anastasia (Mike) Gruper, Matthew (Kelly Heneghan) Rogus, Patrick and Sarah Boyle, and Elizabeth, Annie, Jack, and Charlie Boyle; great-grandfather of Emma, Billy, Michael, and Marie; brother of the late Wallace "Red" (the late Agnes); brother-in-law of Mary Kay Boyle, Helen (Ken) Pfister, and the late Peggy and Thomas Maloney; and uncle of many; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Austin J. Boyle, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Austin Boyle as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
