    Amends the Private College Campus Police Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning education.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Private College Campus Police Act is amended
5 by changing Section 0.01 as follows:

6     (110 ILCS 1020/0.01)  (from Ch. 144, par. 1950)
7     Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the ~~the~~
8 Private College Campus Police Act.
