    Amends the Debt Management Service Act. Makes a technical change to aSection relating to license requirements.

1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Debt Management Service Act is amended by
5 changing Section 3 as follows:

6     (205 ILCS 665/3)  (from Ch. 17, par. 5303)
7     Sec. 3. Requirement of license. It shall be unlawful for
8 any person to operate a debt management service or engage in
9 that~~that~~business as herein defined except as authorized by
10 this Act and without first having obtained a license as
11 hereinafter provided.
