| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of William Warren Ingram of Barberton, Ohio, | 4 | | who passed away on September 19, 2015; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, William Ingram was born in Memphis, Tennessee on | 6 | | September 15, 1935 to Bettie and William Ingram; and
| 7 | | WHEREAS, William Ingram moved to Cleveland, Ohio in the | 8 | | early 1950s, where he worked for many years at Bob Miller's and | 9 | | Nicolas Buick in Cleveland and Alliance, Ohio; he was most | 10 | | experienced as a parts and service manager in northeast Ohio; | 11 | | after he retired he became a chauffeur; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, William Ingram loved to travel and was very active | 13 | | and devoted to God, his family, and his church; and
| 14 | | WHEREAS, William Ingram was preceded in death by his | 15 | | parents; his daughter, Patricia Ingram; and his son, Willie | 16 | | Darnelle Matthews; and
| 17 | | WHEREAS, William Ingram is survived by his wife, Ella; his | 18 | | children, Warren (Shirley), Sharon, Anthony, Carolyn, Marie, | 19 | | Evelyn (Deshawn) Dean, Linda (Todd), Charles (Latrece), | 20 | | Stephen (Denise), Derrick (Nicole), Stacia (Michael), Ravonn, |
