SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Conrad E. Mazeski, O.D.; and

WHEREAS, Conrad Mazeski was the beloved husband of Diane K. Mazeski (nee Czelusniak); the loving father of Conrad W. (Kelly) Mazeski and Paula (Tim) Maloney; the cherished grandfather of Kelsey and Mack Mazeski and Matthew, Shannon, and Ryan Maloney; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his family and friends, mourn the passing of Conrad E. Mazeski, O.D.; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Conrad Mazeski as an expression of our sympathy.
