SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Cynthia Ann Hinds of Carlinville, who passed away on June 22, 2016; and

WHEREAS, Cynthia Hinds was born in Carlinville to Norman and Janie (Rhodes) Vance on June 18, 1959; she married Larry Hinds in Oak Grove, Missouri on June 18, 2010; and

WHEREAS, Cynthia Hinds was the former owner of Alley Cat Casuals; and

WHEREAS, Cynthia Hinds enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and her dog, Kozzi; she loved watching design and decorating shows; and

WHEREAS, Cynthia Hinds was preceded in death by her husband, Larry; and

WHEREAS, Cynthia Hinds is survived by her parents; her children, Quinn (Bobbie Ann) Reiher, Danley Reiher, and Carmen (Aaron) Coe; her sister, Pam (Gary) Dilley; her brother, Brad (Wendy) Vance; her grandson, Bryson Coe; and her nieces and nephews, Meghan (Jason) Allen, David (Katie) Cervi, Jordan Cervi, Whitney (Neil) Ringer, McKenzie Vance, Lauren (Dalton) Barnes, and Dane Vance; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Cynthia Ann Hinds, and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Cynthia Hinds as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
