SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Frances R. "Fran" Scalafini, who passed away at the age of 80; and

WHEREAS, Frances Scalafini served as the Bloomingdale Township Clerk for 10 years; and

WHEREAS, Frances Scalafini was the beloved wife of Sam; the devoted mother of Richard (Angel) Whitt, James (Gail) Marquardt, and Craig Baldwin; the loving daughter of the late James and Rose Allegretti; the dear sister of the late Louis (Jean) Allegretti; the lifelong friend of Marie Zavoli; the dear grandmother of seven; and the great-grandmother of four; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her family and friends, mourn the passing of Frances R. "Fran" Scalafini; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Frances Scalafini as an expression of our sympathy.
