SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of James Harold Bullard of St. Jacob, who
4passed away on May 1, 2015; and
 
5    WHEREAS, James Bullard was born on October 30, 1934 in
6Charleston, Missouri; his parents were Clarence and Nettie (nee
7Hale) Bullard; and
 
8    WHEREAS, James Bullard was the head grocery clerk at Kroger
9in Collinsville for many years; and
 
10    WHEREAS, James Bullard had a strong faith and attended many
11churches over the years; he enjoyed spending time with his
12children and grandchildren, helping others, fishing, and
13hunting; and
 
14    WHEREAS, James Bullard was preceded in death by his parents
15and his loving wife of 49 years, Shelba J. (nee Cox) Bullard;
16and
 
17    WHEREAS, James Bullard is survived by his wife, Mary
18Romatowski; his children, James M. "Mike" Bullard, Ricky
19(Bonnie) Bullard, Mark (Onna-Marie) Bullard, and Bruce (Terri)
20Bullard; his grandchildren, Lisa B. Bullard, James L. "Luke"

1Bullard, Jon (Angie) Bullard, Kaitlyn L. Bullard, Michelle
2(Jeremy) Sanders, Melissa Bullard, Marie Williams-Bullard,
3Melinda Cleveland, Michael Bullard, Emily Bullard, and
4Samantha Bullard; 14 great-grandchildren; and his many
5siblings, nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends; therefore,
6be it
 
7    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
8ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his
9family and friends, mourn the passing of James Harold Bullard;
10and be it further
 
11    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
12presented to the family of James Bullard as an expression of
13our sympathy.
