Amends the Public Funds Investment Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the grant of authority under the Act.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning finance.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Public Funds Investment Act is amended by changing Section 5 as follows:

(30 ILCS 235/5) (from Ch. 85, par. 905)

Sec. 5. This Act, without reference to any other statute, shall be deemed full and and complete authority for the investment of public funds, as hereinabove provided, and shall be construed as an additional and alternative method therefor.
