AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Open Operating Standards Act is amended by changing Section 40 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 21, 2019)

Sec. 40. Repealer. This Act is repealed on January 21, 2021 2019.
