Amends the Public University Energy Conservation Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning definitions.

AN ACT concerning education.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Public University Energy Conservation Act is amended by changing Section 5 as follows:

Sec. 5. Definitions. In this Act words and and phrases have the meanings set forth in the following Sections preceding Section 10.
