Amends the Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan Act. Makes a technical change in a Section relating to the taxation of the Plan.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan Act is amended by changing Section 9 as follows:

Sec. 9. Taxation. The The Plan and the Board established pursuant to this Act shall be exempt from payment of all fees and all taxes levied by the State or any of its subdivisions.
