    Amends the Home Medical Equipment and Services Provider License Act.Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the display of licenses.

1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Home Medical Equipment and Services Provider
5 License Act is amended by changing Section 45 as follows:

6     (225 ILCS 51/45)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2018)
8     Sec. 45. Display of license; advertising; penalties.
9     (a) An entity that~~that~~ advertises home medical equipment
10 and services shall, at its place of business, display the
11 license of the entity.
12     (b) No entity that provides home medical equipment services
13 may advertise the equipment and services unless that entity
14 includes in the advertisement the statement "Licensed in the
15 State of Illinois".
