SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

20 ILCS 405/405-525 rep.
20 ILCS 801/20-20 rep.
20 ILCS 835/4b rep.
20 ILCS 3405/35 rep.

Amends the Department of Central Management Services Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Repeals a section creating the Support Your Neighbor Commission. Makes conforming changes to the Department of Natural Resources Act, the State Parks Act, and the Historic Preservation Agency Act.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Department of Central Management Services Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by repealing Section 405-525.

Section 10. The Department of Natural Resources Act is amended by repealing Section 20-20.

(20 ILCS 835/4b rep.)

Section 15. The State Parks Act is amended by repealing Section 4b.

(20 ILCS 3405/35 rep.)

Section 20. The Historic Preservation Agency Act is amended by repealing Section 35.
