SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

210 ILCS 135/2.1 new

Amends the Community-Integrated Living Arrangements Licensure and Certification Act. Provides that the General Assembly finds that Illinois consumers have a right to access information about the quality of care provided in Illinois community-integrated living arrangements in order to make better decisions about their choice of community-integrated living arrangement.

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Community-Integrated Living Arrangements Licensure and Certification Act is amended by adding Section 2.1 as follows:

(210 ILCS 135/2.1 new)

Sec. 2.1. Community-integrated living arrangements report card. The General Assembly finds that Illinois consumers have a right to access information about the quality of care provided in Illinois community-integrated living arrangements in order to make better decisions about their choice of community-integrated living arrangement.
