    Amends the Higher Education Cooperation Act. Makes a technical changein a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning education.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Higher Education Cooperation Act is amended
5 by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (110 ILCS 220/1)  (from Ch. 144, par. 281)
7     Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may be cited as the
8 "Higher Education Cooperation Act".
