    Amends the Illinois Hazardous Materials Transportation Act. Makes a technical change concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning safety.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Hazardous Materials Transportation
5 Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (430 ILCS 30/1)  (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 700-1)
7     Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the ~~the~~
8 "Illinois Hazardous Materials Transportation Act".
