    Amends the Illinois Independent Tax Tribunal Act of 2012. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning revenue.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Independent Tax Tribunal Act of
5 2012 is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

6     (35 ILCS 1010/1-1)
7     Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~
8 Illinois Independent Tax Tribunal Act of 2012.
