1 HOUSE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives wish to congratulate Hunter Protsman of Macomb
4 Jr. High School, on winning the 2017 Illinois Elementary School
5 Association 100-pound eighth grade individual State wrestling
6 title; and

7     WHEREAS, Hunter Protsman defeated Xavier Vinson of Cahokia
8 Wirth Middle School on March 11, 2017 at the Convocation Center
9 at Northern Illinois University; and

10     WHEREAS, This is the first State Championship for Hunter
11 Protsman; and

12     WHEREAS, Hunter Protsman has been a regular at State in
13 recent years; and

14     WHEREAS, Hunter Protsman is coached by Anthony Westen and
15 Emmett Hall; therefore, be it

16     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE
17 HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
18 congratulate Hunter Protsman, on winning the 2017 Illinois
19 Elementary School Association 100-pound eighth grade
20 individual State wrestling title; and be it further

1     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
2 presented to Hunter Protsman as an expression of our esteem and
3 respect.
