SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

75 ILCS 23/10-1

Amends the Maywood Public Library District Tax Levy Validation (2002) Law. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning local government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Maywood Public Library District Tax Levy Validation (2002) Law is amended by changing Section 10-1 as follows:

(75 ILCS 23/10-1)

Sec. 10-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the Maywood Public Library District Tax Levy Validation (2002) Law.
