SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Sandra "Sandy" Kay Rogers Hartman of Springfield, who passed away on October 14, 2017; and

WHEREAS, Sandy Hartman was born in Springfield to Woodrow and Dorothy (Davis) Rogers on December 31, 1946; a proud northender, she attended Ridgley, Edison, and Lanphier schools; she graduated from Greenville College in 1968; she married Paul Hartman in 1969; and

WHEREAS, Sandy Hartman is survived by her husband, Paul; her children, Paul Jr. (Tressa), Heather (Tony) Daniel, Stephen, and Kimberly (Jay) Larson; her five grandsons; her brother, David (Chris) Rogers; and her many aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, nieces, and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Sandra "Sandy" Kay Rogers Hartman and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Sandy Hartman as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
