SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the deaths of Alaysia, Malaysia, and Amanda Tashae
4Peacock of Harrisburg on January 31, 2018; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Alaysia and Malaysia were born in Marion on
6October 18, 2003; they attended 8th grade at Harrisburg Middle
7School, where the participated in softball, basketball,
8volleyball, and track; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Amanda was born in Harrisburg on April 5, 1978;
10she married Rajah Peacock on February 22, 2002 and worked as a
11pharmacist at Walmart in Harrisburg and as a clerk at Mach 1;
12and
 
13    WHEREAS, Alaysia, Malaysia, and Amanda were preceded in
14death by family members, Debra Wilkins, Ollie Henning,
15Charlotte Taborn, Randall Moss, Walter Moss Jr., and Andrew F.
16Wilkins II; and
 
17    WHEREAS, Alaysia, Malaysia, and Amanda are survived by
18family members, Rajah Peacock, Don Wilkins, Rajah Peacock Jr.,
19Caden Mitchell, Kyleigh Peacock, Easter Neal, Aaris Kenner,
20LaDawn Robinson, Tabitha Wilkins, Demia Wilkins, Demeer
21Wilkins, Lenore Wilkins, Andrew F. Wilkins, Cecil (Doris)

7    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL
8ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
9Alaysia, Malaysia, and Amanda Peacock, and extend our sincere
10condolences to their family, friends, and all who knew and
11loved them; and be it further
 
12    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
13presented to the family of Alaysia, Malaysia, and Amanda
14Peacock as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
