SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Chad A. Becker of Elmhurst, who passed away on November 16, 2016; and

WHEREAS, Chad Becker was born on April 14, 1973; he grew up in Broadview, climbing trees and playing Star Wars; he graduated from St. Ignatius College Prep, the University of Chicago, and Loyola University Chicago School of Law; and

WHEREAS, Chad Becker was a longtime IT professional before becoming a lawyer; and

WHEREAS, Chad Becker was the beloved husband of Karen M. Lualhati; the loving father of Jackson and Caroline; the devoted son of Dr. Alan and Andrea Becker; the dear brother of Kirk, Stephanie (Greg) Piotrowski, and Blythe (Tyler) Bowlus; the fond uncle of Nadia and Llyana Becker; the dear son-in-law of Deo and Josie Lualhati; the dear brother-in-law of Michael and Reggie Lualhati; and the caring uncle of Ava Lualhati; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Chad A. Becker, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Chad Becker as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
