SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Emmons K. Randolph Jr. of Waukegan, who passed away on May 19, 2018; and

WHEREAS, Emmons Randolph Jr. was born in Waukegan on November 5, 1941; he attended North Chicago Community High School and served in the United States Army; and

WHEREAS, Emmons Randolph Jr. worked at Johns-Manville Products Corp. for 38 years and was a member of the Quarter Century Club; and

WHEREAS, Emmons Randolph Jr. is survived by his wife, Denise; his sons, Charles and Robert; his daughter, Tracey; his sister, Viola (Ernest) O'Bryant; and his many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Emmons K. Randolph Jr. and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Emmons Randolph Jr. as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
