SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Julie Geddes Crivello of Godfrey, who passed away on February 15, 2017; and

WHEREAS, Julie Crivello was born in St. Louis, Missouri to Robert P. and Alice (Norton) Geddes on May 3, 1933; she married Robert J. Crivello at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Alton on September 1, 1956; and

WHEREAS, Julie Crivello was a secretary for the Alton School District, retiring after over 30 years of service; and

WHEREAS, Julie Crivello was a longtime member of Ss. Peter & Paul Proto-Cathedral Church in Alton, where she served on the Altar Society and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary; and

WHEREAS, Julie Crivello was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert; and a grandchild in infancy, Kelsey Crivello; and

WHEREAS, Julie Crivello is survived by her children, Richard (Monica) Crivello, Mary Ann (Michael) Tickner, Nancy (Ted) Rynders, and Daniel (Lynn) Crivello; her grandchildren, Jessica (Chris) Kreider, Dr. Brandon J. Crivello DMD, Joshua (Octavia) Tickner, Katelin Tickner, Sarah Rynders (Michael Henthorn), Samantha Rynders, and Joseph Crivello; her great-grandchildren, Caiden and Camden Kreider; and her sister, Ann G. (Larry) Haab; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Julie Geddes Crivello, and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Julie Crivello as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
