SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Patricia Ann "Pat" Goodman of Waukegan, who passed away on October 31, 2018; and

WHEREAS, Pat Goodman was a registered nurse for 45 years; she was part of the team that started the hospice program at St. Therese Hospital; and

WHEREAS, Pat Goodman was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Helen, and her sister, Audrey Vosmik; and

WHEREAS, Pat Goodman is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Dennis and Joni, and their children, Anthony, Russell, and Sean; her niece and niece's husband, Lisa and Rob Zahler, and their children, Thomas and Cassidy; a family member, Jean F. LeServe; and her longtime friend, Catherine Bess; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Patricia Ann "Pat" Goodman and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Pat Goodman as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
