SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Nancie L. Blatt of Lincolnshire; and

WHEREAS, Nancie Blatt was a 30-year resident of Highland Park before moving to Lincolnshire; and

WHEREAS, Nancie Blatt was the beloved wife of the late Martin Blatt; the loving mother of Lauren, Stephanie, and the late Susan Blatt; the caring sister of Elizabeth (Alan) May; the fond sister-in-law of Shirley L. (the late Allen) Blatt; the proud aunt of Stacy (Ronnie) Klein, Julie (Randy) Kaplan, Riva (David) Lipman, Jennifer (Jay) Gabel, and Michelle (Doug) Moody; the great aunt of many nieces and nephews; and the cherished daughter of the late Samuel and the late Bernice Miller; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Nancie L. Blatt, and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Nancie Blatt as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
