SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Marguerite B. "Peggy" Pesavento of
4Lockport, who passed away on May 20, 2017; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Marguerite Pesavento was born in Oak Park and had
6lived in Lockport since 1933; and
 
7    WHEREAS, Marguerite Pesavento was a member of St. Dennis
8Church in Lockport, where she was involved with the Altar and
9Rosary Society; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Marguerite Pesavento enjoyed monthly gatherings
11with her club girls, who were her lifelong friends, but most of
12all, she cherished time spent with her family; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Marguerite Pesavento was preceded in death by her
14husband, Louis Pesavento; her parents, John and Helen
15(Finnegan) Keenan; her brothers, Dan (Fran) Moloney and Jack
16Keenan; her sisters, Bernadette (Don) Clark and Helen (Sandy)
17Hull; and her uncle and aunt, Ed and Mae Brennan; and
 
18    WHEREAS, Marguerite Pesavento is survived by her children,
19Mary Ann (Scott) Furlane, Joseph (Nancy), Lisa (Mike) Latino,
20Dan (Laura), Michael, Patrick (Jacqualyne), and Paul (Hillary)

1Pesavento; her grandchildren, Ashley (Kevin) Koney, Casey and
2Kyle Furlane, Chad Pesavento, Nicole (Anthony) Carli, Diane
3Latino, Laurenn (Brian) York, Ryan Jarema, Zack and Josh
4Pesavento, Peyton and Tyler Pesavento, and Hanna Pesavento; her
5great-grandchildren, Connor Creed, Colton Carli, and Anna and
6Abby Koney; her brothers, Joe (Ruth Ann) and Frank Keenan; and
7numerous nephews and nieces; therefore, be it
 
8    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL
9ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
10Marguerite B. "Peggy" Pesavento, and extend our sincere
11condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved
12her; and be it further
 
13    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
14presented to the family of Marguerite Pesavento as an
15expression of our deepest sympathy.
