| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Bertram J. "Bert" Brown of Gurnee, who | 4 | | passed away on October 5, 2017; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Bert Brown was born in Waukegan to Burton F. and | 6 | | Felia Sadauski Brown; he graduated from Waukegan High School in | 7 | | 1954; he married Patricia March in 1958; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Bert Brown worked as a plumber for 60 years for | 9 | | both Local 130 and Local 93; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Bert Brown was preceded in death by his wife, | 11 | | Patricia; his parents; and his brother, Gerald Brown; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Bert Brown is survived by his children, Michael | 13 | | Brown, Mark (Marilyn) Brown, and Debbie (Tod) Capko; his | 14 | | grandchildren, Jennifer Capko, Jessica (Travis) Rentzsch, and | 15 | | Matthew and John Brown; his great-grandchildren, Addison | 16 | | Capko, Cayden, Bentley, and Dahlia Doczyk, and Brooklyn | 17 | | Rentzsch; therefore, be it
