Amends the Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(215 ILCS 105/1) (from Ch. 73, par. 1301)

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan Act.
