SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Henry J. Klinc of Springfield, who passed
4away on July 19, 2020; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Henry Klinc was born in Jenny Lind, Arkansas to
6Frank and Ann Mocivnik Klinc on October 24, 1933; he graduated
7from Lanphier High School in 1951 and served his country in the
8United States Army; he attended Coyne Technical School in
9Chicago and married Pat Bregowy at Sacred Heart Church in
10Springfield on October 18, 1958; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Henry Klinc began a career as an electrician at
12Sangamo Electric and retired from Dickey-John; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Henry Klinc enjoyed working in the yard and
14spending time with his grandchildren; and
 
15    WHEREAS, Henry Klinc was preceded in death by his parents
16and his siblings, Frank, Pauline, Helen, and John Klinc and
17Mary Lazar; and
 
18    WHEREAS, Henry Klinc is survived by his wife, Pat Klinc;
19his children, Dennis (Renee) Klinc, Karen (Ron) Miller, and
20Alan (Connie) Klinc; his grandchildren, Seth, Luke, and Derek

1Miller and Maggie Klinc; and several nieces and nephews;
2therefore, be it
 
3    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL
4ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
5Henry J. Klinc and extend our sincere condolences to his
6family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
7further
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
9presented to the family of Henry Klinc as an expression of our
10deepest sympathy.
