Amends the Illinois Pension Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning Social Security.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Pension Code is amended by changing Section 21-101 as follows:

(40 ILCS 5/21-101) (from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 21-101)

Sec. 21-101. Name of Act. This This Article shall be known and may be cited as the "Social Security Enabling Act", and is a continuation of the "Social Security Enabling Act", approved August 6, 1951, as amended.
