 1        AN ACT concerning insurance.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Illinois Insurance  Code  is  amended  by
 5    adding Section 143.05 as follows:

 6        (215 ILCS 5/143.05 new)
 7        Sec.  143.05.  Commercial liability insurance; additional
 8    insured.  Any policy or endorsement to provide coverage to an
 9    additional insured shall provide coverage to such  person  or
10    organization shown on the policy or endorsement schedule with
11    respect  to liability arising out of the named insured's work
12    for the additional insured by or for the  named  insured  and
13    the acts or omissions of the additional insured in connection
14    with its general supervision of the named insured's work.

15        Section  99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
16    becoming law.
