 1        AN ACT in relation to utilities.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.   The  Public  Utilities  Act  is  amended  by
 5    changing Section 15-102 as follows:

 6        (220 ILCS 5/15-102)
 7        Sec. 15-102.  Application to natural gas and water common
 8    carriers  by  pipeline.   Article  VII  of  this  the  Public
 9    Utilities Act is fully and equally applicable to transactions
10    between  common carriers of natural gas and water by pipeline
11    and affiliated public utilities.
