| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Interagency Wetland Policy Act of 1989 is |

| amended by
changing Section 1-1 as follows:

| Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be |
