1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4788
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4788 on page 1, line
3 8, by inserting after "grounds" the following:
4 "or public property adjacent to school grounds"; and

5 on page 1, by replacing line 10 with the following:
6 "recruitment on school grounds or public property adjacent to
7 school grounds when on school grounds or public property
8 adjacent to school grounds, he or she"; and

9 on page 1, line 15, by inserting after "grounds" the following:
10 "or public property adjacent to school grounds".
