AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4841

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4841, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, as follows:

on page 1, line 24, after "college.", by inserting the following: "Also beginning on July 1, 2005, one of the 11 members appointed by the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, must be a member of the board of trustees of a public community college district."; and

on page 2, line 19, by replacing "public or" with "public or".
