 1                          HOUSE RESOLUTION

 2        WHEREAS, The members of the House of  Representatives  of
 3    the  State of Illinois were saddened to learn of the death of
 4    Kathleen F. Blatz; and

 5        WHEREAS, Kathleen F. Blatz was the  devoted  daughter  of
 6    the late John and Mary Casey; she was the wife of Louis, Ret.
 7    C.F.D; and

 8        WHEREAS, Mrs. Blatz was a devoted educator in the Chicago
 9    Public School Systems; and

10        WHEREAS,  The  passing  of   Kathleen  F.  Blatz has been
11    deeply felt by  all  who  knew  her,  especially  her  loving
12    husband,  Louis,  Ret.  C.F.D.;  her  children James (Carol),
13    Corrine  (Lawrence)  Kohn,  Louis  (Karyn),  Thomas,   C.P.D.
14    (Deborah),  Kathleen (Richard) Clark and Susan (Robert) Hack;
15    her 15 grandchildren; her brothers and  sisters,  Mary  (late
16    James)  Pickens,  John  "Jack"  (Primrose) Casey, Peggy (late
17    Robert)  Comiskey,  Daniel  Casey,  and  the  late  Cornelius
18    "Nick", Ret.  C.P.D.  (Julie)  Casey;  her  many  nieces  and
19    nephews; and her sister-in-law, Dorothy (late John) Dyermond;
20    therefore, be it

21        RESOLVED,   BY   THE  HOUSE  OF  REPRESENTATIVES  OF  THE
22    NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS,  that
23    we  mourn  the  passing  of Kathleen F. Blatz and express our
24    sincere and deepest sympathy to her family and  friends;  and
25    be it further

26        RESOLVED,   That  a  suitable  copy of this resolution be
27    presented to the family of Kathleen F. Blatz as an expression
28    of our condolences during their time of bereavement.
