1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2578
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2578 on page 1,
3 line 12, by inserting after "firearm;" the following:
4 "aggravated battery with a machine gun or a firearm equipped
5 with a device designed or used for silencing the report of a
6 firearm; aggravated battery of a child; aggravated
7 intimidation;"; and

8 on page 1, line 14, by inserting after "hijacking;" the
9 following:
10 "aggravated vehicular hijacking;".
