AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1038

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1038 on page 2, in line 14, by replacing "to" with the following:

"to: (i) public bodies with statewide jurisdiction if the public body provides access to the public at any location at which members have physically gathered to conduct business and (ii)"; and

by deleting line 30 on page 5 through line 16 on page 9.
