2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3126 on page 1, line
3 15, by replacing "prosection" with "prosecution"; and

4 on page 2, below line 14, by inserting the following:

5 "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
6 becoming law.".
